Luv Market transforms a former fitness studio in Woodin Creek Village into a welcoming neighborhood destination where grocery, café, and community meet. This family-owned specialty market offers a curated selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and freshly brewed coffee alongside refrigerated goods and everyday essentials. The design balances efficiency and comfort, creating a space that feels both modern and personal.
Inside, a fresh palette of green tones were selected with care by the client and sets the tone for the entire experience. Built-in refrigerated displays are integrated seamlessly into tiled walls, creating a clean, cohesive look while keeping products beautifully presented. A custom oak banquette adds warmth and a touch of intimacy to the seating area, echoed in the oak floating shelves with integrated lighting. At the heart of the space, a curved coffee and espresso bar welcomes guests with its sculptural form and mix of flat and raised tile, complemented by statement pendant lighting and a curved countertop along the windows for casual seating.
The result is a thoughtful conversion of a utilitarian space into a vibrant local hub with equal parts market, café, and gathering spot. Its balance of refined materials, cozy textures, and crisp detailing offers a fresh take on the modern neighborhood store.
